Being a youth, one needs to always be on the edge as this is the ripe time when opportunities come in plenty. And, if not utilized at the right time and in the right sense, growth and development may not be as per a youth’s own expectations.

This is because a youth spends all of his time with these society members. Out of all of them, parents and teachers play the biggest roles as they influence the behavior and personality of a youth in more than just one way.
Since the character of an adolescent can be changed through experience and support of experience stalwarts, it is important that he receives qualified and well-directed guidance from his mentors and responsible members of the society. It is easy for any one to pass on blame to the youth but it is difficult to shape them for a bright future ahead. Parents and teachers must infuse a high sense of ethics in the minds of youths.
By offering guidance and helping the youth enjoy a high sense of confidence through enough words of encouragement, society can shape them for a better future ahead. They must be encouraged to take “balanced” risks and this can help them grow as complete individuals to be responsible members of the society.
It is important to make them realize that success and failure are mere parts of the “big” game. The fascination with success may lead them to wrong ways and this is where an elderly advice can prevent them.
If the modern youth gets all these benefits from the responsible citizens of the society then they can easily create a niche in this competitive world and leave the rat race for the better. Then, all youth will be self-starters before they are exposed to the “real world”.
